A single cask release of 167 bottles. Matured for two years in an ex-bourbon barrel that previously held Beenleigh Australian rum for more than twenty years.

A mash-bill of four different malts, three from Griffiths NSW, one of which is roasted to chocolate, together with a heavily peated malt from the Scottish borders in the UK.
The cuts are deep to give the heavy, oily spirit Kinglake are looking for.
This spirit is Carbon Neutral.
