With whiskyside I’m doing what I can to shine a spot light on different English distilleries and the whisky that’s coming out of them. Which is something that will only grow stronger with the upcoming releases over the next few years.
I am also opening a whisky lounge on my holiday park near Scarborough and I’m hoping for it to be the only whisky bar in the world focusing on English whisky along with the largest collection of English whisky in the world to use as an archive and a teaching tool for what the industry has put out so far.
